Better questions. Clearer decisions.
Understand the evidence before you buy.
The guide explores who might benefit, who may not need a supplement and when buying nothing may be the better decision. You do not need a science background.
50 illustrated profiles
Vitamins and minerals; performance and protein; digestion and metabolism; sleep, stress and cognition; and heart, joints and healthy ageing.
Evidence with context
Ratings belong to specific claims. Read what was studied, what improved, where findings are uncertain and why a plausible mechanism is not enough.
Practical buying tools
Compare labels and costs, explore food alternatives, check safety questions and use the decision checklist and printable worksheet.
Research doses provide context, rather than personal prescriptions. A strong rating for a specific use does not mean everyone needs that supplement.

What you receive
After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy provides access to two downloads and emails your download links to the address used at checkout.
- The complete illustrated PDF — Supplements_Illustrated_Edition.pdf, 150 pages, with searchable text, bookmarks and linked contents.
- The companion ZIP — Supplements_Customer_Download.zip, containing the same PDF, Supplements_Reader.html, Sources.html and Read-me.txt.
How do I open the companion reader?
Extract the ZIP first, keep its files together and open Supplements_Reader.html in a web browser. It includes search and adjustable text. Some phone file apps restrict local HTML; use the PDF or a desktop browser if needed.
Can I read it offline?
Yes. The downloaded PDF and HTML guide content work offline. External scientific references require internet access, and some publishers restrict access to their full text.
Is a physical book included?
No. This purchase is a digital publication. The book and tablet in the mockup illustrate the reading formats; physical items and supplements are not supplied. This is a dated edition, with no subscription or promise of continuing updates.
What should I know about accessibility?
The HTML reader supports narrow screens, search and adjustable text. The PDF has selectable text and bookmarks, but is not fully tagged or PDF/UA certified. The worksheet is printable, rather than an interactive form.

A clear limit
This educational publication is for adults. It is not personal medical advice or a medically accredited treatment guide, and has not undergone independent clinical review. Evidence ratings are editorial judgements, and research can change.
Do not start, stop or alter prescribed treatment because of the guide. Ask a clinician or pharmacist about suitability if you take medicines, have a health condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
The scientific verdicts in our free investigations remain independent of guide sales. Buying the guide is optional; the Evidence Library stays free to use.
