What you receive

Your purchase includes two downloads: the complete 150-page illustrated PDF and a companion ZIP containing Supplements_Illustrated_Edition.pdf, Supplements_Reader.html, Sources.html and Read-me.txt. The PDF in both downloads is the same edition.

Accessing your guide

Download links are sent to the email address used at checkout after successful payment. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear. Download the PDF to read it in a PDF reader. Extract the ZIP before opening Supplements_Reader.html in a web browser and keep its files together. The HTML reader can be used offline; following external scientific references requires internet access.

If a download is missing or a file will not open, email evidencevshype@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details or medical information.

Cancellation and refunds

For eligible UK consumer purchases, you normally have 14 days after making the contract to cancel. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that your cancellation right will end when supply begins, that right ends once supply starts. Where valid consent has not been obtained, applicable cancellation rights remain.

To request cancellation or report a problem, email evidencevshype@gmail.com with your order number and your request. If you are entitled to a cancellation refund, we will refund the original payment method within the applicable legal time limit, normally within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements are unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, these can include repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
