Affiliate Disclosure
Evidence first. Products second.
If we use an affiliate link, we may earn a commission when you buy through it, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links should be clearly identified on the relevant page near the recommendation, before you decide to click or buy.
What a link means
A commercial link is not proof that a product works, is necessary or is right for everyone. Evidence ratings describe research behind a specific claim; they are not product scores. You do not need to buy anything to read our investigations or check their sources.
Editorial independence
Commercial relationships must not determine an investigation's conclusion or evidence rating. Recommendations should explain relevant limitations, alternatives and who may not benefit. Paid partnerships, sponsorships or gifted products should be disclosed where they relate to the content.
The Evidence Shelf
The Evidence Shelf presents recommendations for defined needs, alongside research, limitations, ordinary alternatives and checks on named product examples. An intervention rating is not a brand score or a claim of brand superiority. Product links currently use ordinary manufacturer, retailer or publisher URLs without affiliate tracking. Unverified regional offers and regulated medicine recommendations remain without ordinary purchase links. If affiliate links are added in future, the relevant recommendation must carry a clear disclosure before the link, as well as this policy.
